A gentle exfoliant using enzymes from pineapple and paw paw. It gently removes any dead skin cells without disrupting the skin’s natural protective barrier. It also contains soothing herbs to renew and refine the skin.

  • Apply to clean, freshly-soaked skin.
  • Use damp fingers to apply 1 tsp of product to the face. Mix with a small amount of water if needed.
  • Gently massage into the skin for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove with warm water and a soft cloth.
  • Soak the skin again and continue with the full Janesce Skin Soaking Ritual.

Can be used 1-2 times per week to renew skin that tends to have a dull, lack-lustre appearance.

Ingredients:

Aqua, capryllic capric triglyceride, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, stearyl alcohol, honey, rosa canina (rose water), rosa centifolia (rose extract), lavandula angustifolia (lavender), calendula officinalis (calendula), menthe piperita (peppermint), hypericum perforatum  (St. Johns wort), rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary), daucus carota (carrot seed oil, lecithin, rosa canina (rosehip oil), ananas sativus (pineapple extract), carica papaya (papaya extract), phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, essential oils of citrus aurantifolia (lime), citrus grandis (grapefruit), backhousia citriodora (lemon myrtle).

Honey used in Janesce Skincare products is ethically sourced from happy bees.

Cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol are white, waxy substances made from coconut oil. They are emollients, which means they protect, soften and condition skin. They don’t have the same effect on the skin as ‘regular’ alcohols.

Ethylhexylglycerine and phenoxyethanol are preservatives that are used in very low concentrations in some Janesce skincare products. They were chosen because they score very favourably on the EWG (Environmental Working Group) Cosmetic Ingredient Safety Database.
